[NETBEANS-5013] 500 Internal server error when casting verification vote

Description

When plugin verifiers test plugins and want to cast their vote then upon clicking Go button the plugin portal shows "An error occurred" instead of normal page with list of pending verifications [1]. See attached screenshot. Fortunately, the vote is cast successfully, just the post-processing is broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Publish plugin and request verification for one of its versions.
2. As plugin verifier visit the page with verification requests and click Go button.

Expected: Plugin portal displays other pending verification requests or empty queue.

Actual: Error message is displayed.
