[NETBEANS-4992] No keyboard shortcuts for "Debug", "Run" etc.

Description

It would be nice to have an option to select keyboard shortcut for "Debug", "Run" etc. menu commands in KeyMap as it is stuck to predefined ones only. I started using NetBeans couple days ago, coming from other IDEs and I would like to change the default keyboard shortcut for "Run" and "Debug", but that is not possible.
