[NETBEANS-4711] maven "add existing module" doesn't hook up child

Description

On a maven pom project, if I do "create new module" then the module is added to the parent and the child has a "<parent>" defined. With "add existing module" the child does not get a "<parent>".

If there are some cases where a child shouldn't get a parent, then there should be a checkbox for that case.
