[NETBEANS-4560] plugin portal, PP3, does not publish GroupId of plugin

Description

The plugins have ArtifactId, but not GroupId, shown. I have seen several artifacts ( in general, not necessarily plugins) where the same ArtifactId is used but with different GroupId.

If someone wanted to take a look at the source code, the missing GroupId is a problem. Is it a security violation?
