[NETBEANS-4556] Special Characters euro and pound are not displaying properly

Hi Suport,

 

I'm running Netbeans 12.0 and working on .PHP file and when I edit this file by opening individually, then the special characters for Euro and Pound are showing with unknow characters. But if i open this file from the project, then it is showing properly.

Is there any issue with encoding?

Could you please review this and provide support as soon as possible?
