Description

The current text says:

Netbeans IDE and Netbeans Platform are base on software from Apache Software Foundation and is licensed under Apache License Version 2.0.

It should say something like:

The Netbeans IDE and the Netbeans Platform are based on software from the Apache Software Foundation and are licensed under the Apache License Version 2.0.
