[NETBEANS-4045] Synchronization status window allways showing

Description

There is checkbox in status window, but this window is showing every time i do sync one and the same file, and checkbox seems is not respected.. how to hide this window?

p.s. as we see files to be uploaded is showin zero (0) - but file was uploaded.. so this window seems as some nonworking feature
