[NETBEANS-3984] Mercurial pull drops username from ssh connection

Description

On a pull from mercurial using ssh, the username shows in the mercurial properties and in the dropdown for the "Pull Dialog".  However when the url is selected (or is the default) the username is missing. Each time I pull, I have to manually insert the username to get it to work.
