Description

Below is the error I receive when attempting to update Plugins. I have ensured that Netbeans is not being blocked by firewall or anti-virus.

Networking problem in https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua?action=download&filename=netbeans/netbeans/11.2-u1/nbms/nb/org-netbeans-modules-updatecenters.nbm.

Check your proxy settings or try again later. The server may be unavailable at the moment. You may also want to make sure that your firewall is not blocking network traffic. Your cache may be out of date. Please click Check for Updates to refresh content.

 

Additionally, in Options, under proxy settings (which is set to No Proxy), when"testing," it states:

Address family not supported by the protocol family: connect
