[NETBEANS-3198] Import of previous set options configuration not possible in 11.2-beta2

Description

The configurations from a previous NetBeans version (11) cannot be imported in 11.2-beta2, via "Tools -> Options -> Import".

The UI freezes, see attached screenshot

 

The following exception is shown in the IDE log.

It worked in the previous beta version.
