    Description

      Currently settings of Code Sniffer/Coding Stnadards Fixer/Mess Detector/PHPStan is only possible globaly in Tools - Options - PHP - Code Analysis.

      Having ability to set Code Analysis in project in same way as it is possible for testing tools (Codeception, PHPUnit) would be great help when working on different projects with these tools installed in project directory using composer.
