Description

When I try to work with C/C++ plugin (from codebase 8.2)  without manually cleanup of the configuration (deleting s1-s14 entries from NetBeans\Cache\11.0\index\segments file) I will catch slowness at startup and could catch slowness during C/C++ projects opening and switching between projects/applications.
