Add ability for NetBeans Database navigator to see external tables

    Description

      NetBeans does not presently support external database such as those exposed by Amazon Redshift Spectrum. While these can be queried, they just don't appear in the database navigator.

      This can be added by adding support for the EXTERNAL TABLE type.
