Description

Files under ide/launcher/macosx/NetBeansLauncher/English.lproj/
have invalid Sun Licenses, not Apache ones.
These files have special hex values at the beginning of the file (0xFE, 0xFF, unicode, big endian) and should probably be edited with OS/X specific tooling (plutil, perhaps? XCode?)
