Description

Project Properties shows Pugins instead of Plugins:

When there is a problem loading a gradle project, after selecting Project->Properties from context menu:

• The dialog's title shows Project Unlodable instead of Project Unloadable. 

• The dialog's content shows Show Project Rroperties Dialog instead of Show Project Properties Dialog
