      Description

      STEPS:
Conditions that cause this can not be determined or predicted. The Alt/Option key appears to be initially recognized, but at some time during the session it stops being recognized. The IDE has to be totally shut down and restarted to get it back.

      ACTUAL:
When the Alt/Option key stop being recognized, any attempt to use the keyboard with that key depressed appears to be totally ignored.

      EXPECTED:
Various responses are expected depending on what other keys are used with the Alt/Option key, such as moving to the next word with the left and right arrow keys, or the next instance of a member with the up and down arrow keys, while the Alt/Option key is depressed.
