The NOTICE copyright year is “2017-2017” that should be 2017-2018 right?

The LICENSE is missing mention of (and license text) of MIT licensed Knockout [1]

The file has been introduced by commit https://github.com/apache/incubator-netbeans-html4j/commit/2d7f1a8e5df7057dfe78ac2e6d32f15182a9a5ed and it should be an exactly copy of version 3.4.0 from the https://github.com/knockout/knockout/releases/tag/v3.4.0
