Description
It is really annoying, when I go into the full screen mode, where I can see only my tabs and when I hover the tabs and I'm a bit above my tab, the menubar appears. I know why this was added, because we gain space which is nice. But I don't like the behaviour that I have to be precise on hovering my tabs to not disturb from the menubar.
So I would prefer to have an option to say, when I hover a bit above the tabs, menubar should appear or not. But IMHO is should be configurable.
If I don't want this menubar at all, nothing should happn. What could be nice is, if I hit ALT, it should appear anyways. Same happens for Firefox for example. So I have another possibility to go to menu entries via ALT + F or whatever but it will not appear, while hovering.
