Description

The native windows netbeans launcher does not work with a bundled Java Version 10 and later since the version number has two digits. This is not handled correctly in the native code ( https://github.com/apache/incubator-netbeans/blob/master/nbi/engine/native/launcher/windows/src/JavaUtils.c ).
