[NET-292] can't connect to the secondary server access primary server

Description

Use org.apache.commons.net.telnet.TelnetClient
1. telnet 192.168.0.11 (windows)
2. telnet 192.168.0.12 (Linux)

When I connected first server(windows), then connect to secondary server like that:

output.print("telnet 192.168.0.12")

but the program can't receive the login message of 192.168.0.12.

the program recevie echo is that:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator> telnet 192.168.0.12
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>

what's the reason, anyone could help me?
