Enable ftp-proxy support using system properties
"ftpProxySet", "ftpProxyHost" and "ftpProxyPort"
or via FTPClient.setProxy(proxyHost, proxyPort);
ftpProxySet=true|false
if set to true the environment settings are used, you can override by
using "FTPClient.setProxy()"
