Description

The API docs on the website should be updated, but there are a few errors that are preventing javadoc compilation. They should be handled

`ExampleTestUtil#ensureALSOutputValidity`
`DuplicateEdgeGroupPropertyValue#constructor`
`LimitedInputStream` :35
`Serializer` :23, :26

Also, we should fix Travis to catch these failures
