Minor Description
Now, when we insert a new vertex in optimization pass, we need to update execution properties such as Parallelism, Coder, and AdditionalTagOutput manually. This is an error-prone task.
Therefore, it would be good to provide default vertex-inserting behavior as an extra API in optimization pass with updating these properties.
