Description

Options for text output during `newt test` are limited or incorrect in many cases.

1. Provide a mechanism for miscellaneous output (e.g., intermediate calculations).
2. Allow for a "verbose test mode" - Prints all test results and any intermediate output contained in the unit tests. This should be possible without newt's `-v` option, which prints out a bunch of unrelated text.
3. The `ts_print_results` option in the `ts_config` struct is redundant. We should just use the pass and fail callbacks to print results.
