[MYNEWT-834] logging to console needs \n at the end of the log line

Description

The current behaviour does not seems quite right. Which is that user is expected to insert \n at the end of logged string.

newlines make sense at the end of the log line when going to console, but not when going to flash.
We should either a) append a newline at the end of the line when going to console or b) strip newlines from the end when going to other targets.
