[MYFACESTEST-22] MockVisitContextFactory should behave like the myfaces core VisitContextFactoryImpl

Description

The current implementation of MockVisitContextFactory always return a "FullVisitContext" instance. In this case, the test user expect a mock factory that return instances that behave the same as the ones used on myfaces core. We don't have choice for the moment, we need to copy the ones from myfaces core and use it here. Maybe those classes are good candidates to be moved to shared.
