Description

One thing it is painful with this api is that sometimes it is necessary to customize the setup of a test, but since there are no methods like:

protected void setUpServletObjects() throws Exception
protected void setFactories() throws Exception
......

it is often to copy and paste AbstractJsfTestCase and AbstractJmockTestCase to allow customization.
