Description

When you specify an initializer for a Faces Flow, it is called before any inbound parameters have been set, which defeats the usefulness of having an initializer. This bug is also present in Mojarra <= 2.2.10. This is the tracker for the issue there: https://java.net/jira/browse/JAVASERVERFACES-3475
