[MYFACES-3872] jsf.js Broken when post multipart form in IE 8 and lower version

Description

When the project stage is development we can post a multipart form with a fileupload component included in IE 7 and IE 8. But when the project stage is Production then a javascript error accured on line 1 karakter 74.615.

The workaround for this problem is to get the uncompressed version of jsf.js and compress it with http://jscompress.com/. Then place the compressed jsf.js in the resource folder under javax.faces.
