Description

When mirrors are used in settings.xml then the repository URL in maven-wrapper.properties also contains this mirror. This behavior is sometimes unwanted e.g. local maven configuration differs from project configuration. Thus provide a mean like a system property that enforces the default repository URL (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 at the moment).
