[MWRAPPER-116] Proxy authentification regression

Description

when update the wrapper to 3.9.x+ (on 3.8.2 is working fine) i take "status code: 407, reason phrase: authenticationrequired (407)" when he try to download some artifact (not all), espacialy maven plugin (surefire/jar/compile) one.
