Fix documentation of skinning: <groupId> seems to be "org.apache.maven.skins" instead of "org.apache.maven"

          the wrong <groupId> is specified. Should be "org.apache.maven.skins".

            This has been fixed in the source for
            http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-site-plugin/examples/sitedescriptor.html

            The howto.html page will be removed and/or redirected.
