Description

Move the following modules out of maven shared and into archiva.

• maven-artifact-converter
  • Becomes archiva-artifact-converter
• maven-transaction
  • Becoms archiva-transaction

Be sure to change the package names to fit within the org.apache.maven.archiva namespace.
For the sake of expediency, keep them as seperate modules.
