Unable to add a remote repository

    Description

      There is no "Add Repository" link to the right of "Remote Repositories".

      Assuming that the 'Add Repository' link at the top (to the right of "Local Repositories") is intended to also add remote repositories, if I supply a URL rather than a directory, the new repo does not appear in the list. There is no error in the log, it just doesn't happen.
