[MRM-1675] When resetting admin account's password, using invalid new password yields no error message

Description

I tried resetting the admin account's password to "admin". It failed. I could see a vertically compressed red error message box appear at the top of the screen. No error message was present within it. The 'X' to close the message box was present.
