Description

As the BfDependencyCollectorTest and DfDependenctCollectorTest are copy of each other right now, where newer BF is a bit modified or extended.

All in all, they should behave same (maybe "quite similar"), so it makes sense to pull up the unit tests into some abstract UT and let DF UT and BF UT share most they can.
