Description

When executing
mvn release:prepare -DworkingDirectory=c:\reltest -DconnectionUrl="scm:clearcase::load /VOB/PATH" -Dtag=TAG
(note: no view name)
I get a NPE. According to the docs (http://maven.apache.org/scm/clearcase.html), specifying the view name is optional.
