Description

Maven release plugin does not update plugin configuration which points to the project in the reactor.

<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-dependency-plugin</artifactId>
<version>${maven-dependency-plugin.version}</version>
<configuration>
 <artifact>com.example:example:1.0-SNAPSHOT</artifact>
</configuration>

1.0-SNAPSHOT is not being updated.
