Minor Description
Remove the deprecated plexus-maven-plugin, which only supports Plexus Javadoc Tags, letting only its successor: plexus-component-metadata, which support both Plexus Javadoc Tags and Plexus Java Annotations,
Remove plugin from dependencies so other projects should also modify configuration and try also to migrate to Java Annotation from Javadoc Tags.
