Description

As stated in the document of [this|https://www.oracle.com/technical-resources/articles/java/javadoc-tool.html#@param,]  Dashes or other punctuation should not be inserted before the description.

 

For javadoc of  `maven-core/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/project/ReactorModelPool.java`, the param should not end with a comma.
