dependencyManagement When there is a version configuration with scope in the dependency jar package, why is the repository repository configuration in the dependency package used in the package?

How to disable?

 

 

 

这个描述很清晰了吧，当dependencyManagement标签里面使用的依赖包，使用了<version>[2.9,)</version>这种版本配置时。在package时，会扫描依赖包里面的<repository>。为什么是这样的？而不是使用当前pom.xml里面的<repository>
