Description

The build method of the class ""PluginDescriptorBuilder" is very long.

I suggest to extract several methods and harmonize the methodolgy to set all values. It can follows the strict concept: extracting the necessary element from the PlexusConfiguration and setting it on the PluginDescriptor.
