Description

Update animal-sniffer-maven-plugin from 1.15 to version 1.17 to get support for use multi-release jar that was introduced in 1.16 https://github.com/mojohaus/animal-sniffer/milestone/2?closed=1

will permit to use MR jars as dependency to Maven's Core - like slf4j 1.8.0-beta4
