Description

Suppose I download example maven projects that use .mvn/extensions.xml and do mvn install:

git clone https://github.com/takari/polyglot-maven-examples
cd polyglot-maven-examples/yaml
mvn install

under Cygwin the extensions.xml is not accounted for:

Under Windows CMD mvn install works fine.
