[MNG-540] There should be a page of "powered by maven2"

Description

Since Maven2 still don't have enough document, it would be even more useful to have a page of "powered by maven2'. In this way, user can checkout the other project pom file as a sample while trying to figure out if something is a bug or just wrong configuration.
