Description

Are there any reasons why we can't specify name and location of the settings-security.xml file exactly in the same we do with settings.xml?
It would be nice to be able to specify it from command line, like:

mvn -ss path/to/security-settings.xml

This is essential in some environments, where user don't have control over home directory (like continuous integration farm, where each project may have it's own settings, but not settings-security.xml).
