[MNG-4631] Add integration tests of parallel build features

Description

While some of the features are unit tested and there are some IT's on mng-3004, there needs to be integration test to cover:

A) Concurrent mojo instantiations with model expression resolutions, including most parameter type from PluginParameterExpressionEvaluator.
This test is important to assert/preserve future thread safety of this process, since most of this assertion has been done manually to this point.
