Description

Steps to reproduce the problem.

1. Install attached snapshots-a project with "mvn clean install" using maven 2.2.0.
2. Package attached snapshots-b project with "mvn clean package" using recent maven 3 (I've tried svn rev 800808)

Note that "snapshot snapshots:snapshots-a:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT: checking for updates from nexus", which I believe indicates that maven3 checked remote repository "nexus" for snapshots updates.
