Deployed manifest classpaths contain SNAPSHOT filenames

    Description

      When deploying a snapshot that includes the classpath in it's manifest, the SNAPSHOT.jar filenames are written into the manifest rather than the actual deployed <timestamp>.jar filenames.

          New Feature - A new feature of the product, which has yet to be developed. MSHARED-26 Reissue of MNG-251: maven-archiver should be able to include the snapshot version/build number
