Use JDeprscan via ToolProvider

    Description

      Especially Windows is having issues with long paths. Providing this option will pick up the jdeps tool via the ToolProvider, so you don't have to start a new jvm to use jdeprscan.

      I would suggest that if toolchains isn't used, the ToolProvider should be used instead.
